What age group are the kits for?

Our kits are designed for kids aged 5 to 14, with each kit specifying the ideal age range.

What happens when I purchase from Eddshell?

You will receive an email once you place the order. You will receive the product within 5 days of the purchase.

Will my child be able to play it independently or do they need adult supervision and assistance?

Every product is designed for promoting independent play, Most of the kids can do it themself. You can also join them on weekends or in your free time to have a close family fun time.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is free! You don't have to pay any additional cost and we ship all across India. There will be some charges for international shipments. It will be based on the product weight and the country you are shipping to. You will get this information on placing the order

Can I cancel the order? What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel your order before the products are shipped. However, once the boxes have been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Can I send this as a gift?

Of course. We will be happy to gift-pack the products for your loved ones. You will also have the option to add personal notes on the gift as well.
